Peter has over 25 years experience leading teams through change and developing individuals to perform as change agents. Specialising in information governance, much of his work focuses on the personal and cultural aspects of governance-driven business change. These include strategic partnership, networking, communications, learning and development, and the sharing of best practice knowledge.
His experience has been gained both as a business manager and as an independent consultant. He has worked with commercial clients in the financial services, pharmaceuticals and management services sectors, as well as with public sector clients including Transport for London, the Metropolitan Police and the Ministry of Defence. His assignments have taken him throughout Europe, to the US and to the Middle East.
Peter’s original training as a research scientist has enabled him to bring a rigour to the process of forming compelling business outcomes which challenges his clients to think strategically. He is also a certified performance coach with a passion for empowering individuals and teams to transform themselves and their organisations.
