Raphaelle began her career in Privacy at Masons (now Pinsent Masons) as a paralegal in 2000. After a spell at HBOS, Raphaelle joined Centrica in 2003 as Senior DPO responsible for corporate centre. Raphaelle’s focus shifted to British Gas customer data privacy compliance in 2008 and was made Head of Privacy in 2012 and qualifying shortly after as a solicitor in 2014.

Raphaelle has experience running privacy compliance programmes, advising on large commercial deals and shaping customer and employee CRM solutions.
Shelley has over 20 years’ experience working as a data privacy consultant specialising in UK and European data privacy laws. Her current focus is preparing clients for GDPR implementation in time for May 2018. Shelley was part of the team working on the original project to produce the Information Commissioner’s audit manual, and has comprehensive experience conducting data protection gap analyses and audits.
